One of my favorite children's book authors is Eric Carle. I had the pleasure of meeting him at a book signing in 2004. Such a sweet man!
     As a teacher, I found that children love his catchy phrases and colorful artwork. He is a master in writing and in art as well. Thank you, Mr. Carle!
